Returns & Refunds
All sales are final unless otherwise indicated. Craftland does not offer merchandise returns or refunds except in cases where an item has been damaged during shipping or are otherwise defective.
If you have received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please email craftlandshop@gmail.com within 30 days of your original purchase. Please include your order information and let us know whether you would like to return or replace the item in question.
NOTE: Craftland strives to represent all our products to the best of our ability. Many items we sell are made exclusively by hand and may exhibit minor variations from the product images & descriptions provided, such as slight differences in color, size, or print placement. These individual variations are reflective of the unique nature of handmade goods and as such are not considered defects.
In the event of refund, the value of the refunded item will be returned to original method of payment used to purchase the item.
Exchanges
Items purchased from Craftland may only be exchanged for items of equivalent value made by the same artist. For example, t-shirts purchased from Craftland may be exchanged for a different size or for an item of equivalent value by the same artist.
To request a return for merchandise exchange, please email craftlandshop@gmail.com within 30 days or your original purchase. Please include with your order information along with your request.
Shipping
In the case of incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise, Craftland will arrange to pay the cost of your return shipping. For merchandise exchanges, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
